I ordered a takeaway at 7.15 it said i would arrive at 8.14 at 8.45 it still hadn't arrived so i rang danyaal and they couldnt find my order even though i had a confirmation email,eventually they found it and said it hadn't printed off,then they said they would deal with it straightaway and i would have it in 15mins it arrived 35mins later.when it did arrive the rice was cold,so all in all i wasn't impressed .m Gormley

No option for chilli sauce on kebab on website so put it it note for chef. Delivered with mint sauce not chilli sauce as requested, so obviously dont take note of requests. I will be going back to normal takeaway. Very poor

Meal arrived without one of the ordered and paid for items.Decided not to contact Daanyaal that evening as wanted eat rather than wait for a further delivery as it was around 8.30 anyway.Contacted the takeaway the following day and spoke to AWAIS who apologised and agreed to deduct the cost of the missing item from our next order 👍
